This year for the first time, the Community Foundation of Greater Huntsville created a crowdfunding initiative to raise support for five nonprofit collective impact projects serving Huntsville, Madison, and Madison County. Our community embraced the #SummitGivesBack campaign and raised over $125,000 for these projects – $59,000 of which was raised in one day at the Summit on Philanthropy.
Thank you to all who donated to these projects that share the Community Foundation’s vision to help make our great community even better. We look forward to seeing all that will be accomplished with the funds raised for CAP & GOWN Project, Grants to Green, Heart of the Valley YMCA Splash Project, Huntsville Botanical Garden Good Seeds Grow Well Projects, and SAIL (Summer Adventures in Learning).
