The PTEN Hamartoma Tumor Syndrome Foundation was founded to find treatments or therapies for PHTS by funding research, providing PHTS education, supporting patients, and by raising awareness. PHTS is an autosomal dominant hereditary cancer syndrome. Some are also affected by autism.
