Pathway to Sustainability Fund

Grant Description

The Pathway to Sustainability Fund was established to support nonprofits as they build capacity through collaborative case management to move people from crisis to self-sufficiency. In 2018 the ELM Foundation received a grant from the Community Foundation of Greater Huntsville’s Women’s Philanthropy Society for its Community Connections program. This program brought Charity Tracker, an online case management tool used by over 1500 cities, to the Huntsville area with the goal of moving people from dependency to independence through collaboration among local nonprofits. Beginning in 2021, nonprofit organizations have been able to apply to be part of a yearlong educational training cohort that includes incentive grant funding.
