Built for Fundholders

The Community Foundation is pleased to announce a new online system designed to better align with our highest priority: Supporting you on your journey of generosity. We are excited to debut our new Fund Portal which offers a more efficient and intuitive platform for your grantmaking and fund management.

The new portal went live July 11, 2023. All authorized representatives for funds managed by the Community Foundation of Greater Huntsville received an e-mail with instructions on how to create a custom password. If you are an authorized fund representative and did not receive that e-mail, please check your spam or junk e-mail folder. Please delete this automated e-mail once you have successfully completed this process. The link contained in the e-mail should only be used once to establish your initial password.

Getting Started

Our staff has worked diligently to prioritize ease of use in this transition and is excited about its expanded functionality, but we know that any change can be challenging to navigate. As you explore the portal, we anticipate that you may still have questions or need assistance, and we are here for you. To better serve you and to provide the latest information, we have developed the quick-reference guide and additional resources below.

Important Steps

Establish Your Password:

You will receive an e-mail from sender no-reply@fcsuite.com, with “Community Foundation of Greater Huntsville” referenced in the e-mail subject line. Follow the instructions to create a password for your account. Take note of your username (which is your e-mail address) and password as you complete this process.

Access the Portal:

To access the portal at any time, simply CLICK HERE. Enter your username and password, and then select the fund you would like to review.

Take a Look Around:

The main screen provides an at-a-glance summary of the fund. You will also see the current spendable balance, updated in real-time, an overview of grants and contributions, and the current fund advisors will be indicated just below the balance. Note that each person listed as a Fund Advisor will have similar access to the Donor Portal.

Use the Portal:

Log in to check the balance of your fund, recommend a grant, track contributions and disbursements made from your fund, and access fund statements.

Troubleshooting

Check your spam or junk folder for an e-mail from Community Foundation of Greater Huntsville with the e-mail no-reply@fcsuite.com. If it hasn’t arrived within an hour, please e-mail Giving@CommunityFoundationHSV.org so that we can re-send the information you will need to get started.

The custom URL inside the auto-generated e-mail should only be used to establish your password. Take note of your username and the password you select and then visit our donor portal to access the system at any time.

For security reasons, Community Foundation of Greater Huntsville team does not have the ability to access your password. You can reset your password on the donor portal login page. If you still need assistance, please e-mail Giving@CommunityFoundationHSV.org.
