When women come together to make a difference, to provide hope, and to give generously, nothing is impossible. The Women’s Philanthropy Society (WPS) was created for women by women to leave a legacy of love—an enduring gift for generations to come—across a broad spectrum of issues impacting the quality of life for women and their families in the Greater Huntsville community.

Each year WPS rolls out the red carpet for an evening of glamour and glitz open to women who are community leaders, mothers, daughters, friends, and neighbors. Toasting with Tallulah is a girls’ night out…with a purpose! Since its inception in 2019, event proceeds are added to contributions to the Women’s Philanthropy Society to provide funding for at least one annual $50,000 high-impact grant to provide systemic change and impact the lives of local women and children. The focused Power of S.H.E.E. framework guides efforts to create a positive and measurable impact through grants selected from our four core areas.
