Areas of Impact

The Community Foundation is here to help donors be generous however that looks to them. We help donors organize their charitable giving without being limited to one area of impact. As donors make a charitable gift or start a fund, the Community Foundation can help match their donation to any of the eight areas in our Quality of Life Framework or any number of other causes supported by charities that align with the donor’s philanthropic plans.

Vital Signs

For data-driven donors, the Community Foundation produces the Vital Signs report to take a pulse on our community’s quality of life across these eight key areas. This digital dashboard informs future grantmaking efforts of the Community Foundation and our fundholders to tackle challenging issues with measurable outcomes that improve quality of life in a meaningful way.

Please note that specific service populations such as animals, children, low/moderate-income individuals, racial or ethnic minorities, veterans, and women are not depicted in the quality of life framework as these groups receive quality of life services across many categories.
